- 1 11.5 oz bag butterscotch chips
- 1 11.5 oz bag chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 4 cups rice krispie cereal
- 1 16 oz bag mini marshmallows
In a large microwavable bowl, add the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 min at 80% power. Remove and stir. Repeat until the chips and peanut butter are completely melted and smooth.Add in the remainder of the ingredients, peanuts, rice krispies and marshmallows. Stir until completely mixed. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut and serve. Can be stored on the counter for up to 1 week, refrigerate for 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months.
